| Following graduation from Occidental College, Ms. Marks embarked on 12 years of progressively
responsible positions in marketing, public relations and publishing before undertaking the full start-up
and growth cycle of four vibrant medical and surgical practices: International Center for Vasectomy
Reversal, Desert Urologic Specialists, Arizona Center for Vasectomy & Urology, and Integrated
Clinics where, since 1987, she has enjoyed substantial success in performing all of these
responsibilities. Brenda Marks has direct accountability for the full range financial planning, budgeting,
accounting, banking, risk management, external fiduciary relationships, books, records, reporting, and
employee matters for TMI Laboratories International. Ms. Marks has concurrently served in the same
capacity for the CLIA-certified Arizona Andrology Laboratory & Cryobank and The Marks Institute,
a non-profit organization in support of science for the advancement of male reproductive health and
